"Carpet was sticky, grimy and filthy. The bathroom door dragged on the floor and required leaning on it to get it shut. Drain flys in the bathroom. Roll-away delivered to the room without a pillow. After we went to the front desk to get one, the pillow-case had a big brown stain on it, and we had we had to go back again to get another pillow-case. Even though we made a reservation for 5 people, the room only had 3 bath towels. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Regarding the continental breakfast, there were no tables and chairs to sit down and eat. There was no milk, cereal or even a microwave to heat the muffins."
